Recirculist is run by Praxis Bridge LLC. These terms cover the early-access programme and the text-message alerts below. The full terms of service for the product will be published here before it opens to the public. Questions: info@praxisbridge.com.

Text message (SMS) alerts

• What they are. Recirculist alerts are account notifications about your own listings: an item that sold on one marketplace and is still live on another, a take-down that failed, or your browser connection going offline. They also include one-time codes to confirm your number. We never send marketing by text.
• How you join. You opt in by entering your mobile number under Settings → Notifications, ticking the consent box, and entering the code we text you.
• How often. Message frequency varies with your account's activity, up to 10 messages a month.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for the messages.
• Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts; we'll send one confirmation and nothing more. You can also turn texts off in Settings. Reply START to join again.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or email info@praxisbridge.com.
• Consent. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are a backup to the alerts in the app and by email, not a replacement for them.
• Privacy. How we handle your number is in our privacy notice. We never share your number or consent for marketing.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell affected users.
